We are a two person wedding film studio, Jess and Bryant. We keep what you share with us only to plan, film and deliver your wedding, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.
What we keep
When you send an inquiry, fill out your questionnaire or sign your contract, we keep your names, email, phone, wedding date, venue and the details you tell us about your day. We keep our emails with you and the footage we film.
Who else sees it
Payments go through Stripe, which handles your card; we never see or store card numbers. Cloudflare hosts this site and checks forms for spam. Wedding films we show on this site play through YouTube. Your delivery downloads come from our own server at files.nightfoxfilms.com. That is the whole list.
Google and YouTube
Our upload tool signs in to Google only to put our own wedding films on our own YouTube channel. It does not read or keep anyone else's Google data. Use of YouTube is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The payment and spam checks set only what they need to work.
Your films and your say
Our contract lets us share your film on this site and our channel to show our work. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will take it down. Ask us any time for a copy of the details we hold about you, or to delete them (we keep only what the law requires for our books).
