CARLY & SCOTT

Wedding Highlight Film

Carly and Scott's October wedding at Crispin Hill was the perfect fall day. Beautiful colors, stunning florals and a 100 year old barn overlooking Keuka Lake. These two genuinely had so much fun together and you can feel the incredible sense of community that surrounds them in every frame. We filmed the whole day in modern 4K and everything from Scott's Burgundy suit to the beautiful fall foliage just pop!

What is it like filming a wedding at Crispin Hill?
Crispin Hill is a stunning historic barn venue tucked into the hills above Keuka Lake in Penn Yan, NY. All the character of the 100 year old barn is balanced out with stunning modern updates with endless space for everyone to enjoy the day, start to finish. With our first time filming, we had the advantage of enjoying the gorgeous fall foliage and cannot wait to come back!
Do you film weddings in the Finger Lakes?
We film weddings throughout the Finger Lakes region including Penn Yan, Aurora, Ithaca, Skaneateles, Geneva, Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake, and Keuka Lake. We are based in Jamestown, NY and the Finger Lakes is one of our most popular areas. We offer Super 8 film, vintage camcorder (Dadcam), modern 4K digital, and mixed media coverage.
What mediums did you use for this wedding film?
Carly and Scott's highlight film was shot entirely in modern 4K digital on Sony full frame cinema cameras with pristine audio for the full day. We would love to come back to Crispin Hill and shoot it on real Kodak Super 8 film or a vintage Dadcam someday. The historic barn and Keuka Lake foliage would look incredible on real film or analog video.
